Students are invited to attend and speak with representatives from various colleges to decide where they might transfer.

Transfer fairs provide students with the opportunity to meet with transfer representatives from several institutions at one convenient time and location. Students can pick up catalogs, applications and other materials as available from the schools of their choice. It is also an opportunity to learn more about a particular school, the degree programs offered, admission criteria, etc.

The Center for Careers and Transfer hosts two College Transfer Fairs during the academic year, one in the fall and one in the spring semester. Students are advised to bring an unofficial copy of their Hudson Valley Community College transcript so that the four-year college representative can provide a transfer evaluation of courses taken. Students can access and print a copy of their transcript from Hudson Valley WIReD.
