Earn transferable credit while still in high school

College in the High School

High school juniors and seniors in the Capital Region and throughout New York state can register to take college-level courses through Hudson Valley's College in the High School program.

Pathways in Technology Early College High School

P-TECH Programs

The NYS P-TECH model is a 6-year program (grades 9-14) focused on developing students’ knowledge and skills for today’s high-wage, high-skill and high-demand career areas in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

NYS Early College High School Program

Smart Scholars Programs

The Smart Scholars programs provides students with an early college high school experience that enables them to earn 24 - 60 college credits while still in high school

students can earn up to 60 college credits before graduation

Future-Ready Pathways Program

The Cohoes City School District’s Future-Ready Pathways program gives students an opportunity to graduate with a Regents diploma and an associate degree over the course of four years.

Questar III & HVCC STEM High School
Hudson Valley Community College partners with Questar III BOCES on several P-TECH and Smart Scholars Early College High School pathway programs that are housed on the Hudson Valley campus.

Global Classroom High School
This program allows high school students, outside the United States, to take college-level courses, for which they will receive college credit upon their successful completion.

Early Admission Program (EAP)
