Removing Employment Barriers for Justice Impacted Individuals
Join employers and training professionals that have all worked with recently incarcerated individuals and learn how to break down the barriers to employment for those re-entering the workforce after incarceration.
The event is intended for human resources professionals; business owners; entrepreneurs; and community-based organizations. It includes a panel discussion, presentations, and a re-entry simulation, which allows the participant to gain a firsthand understanding of the challenges of navigating life while adhering to the terms of their release.
