Through the Office 365 ProPlus program, users who have Microsoft Office 2016 installed on their computer must activate their license when launching a program from the suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) for the first time. This is a one-time prompt and will activate the license for the entire Microsoft Office 2016 suite.
To activate your license, open any Microsoft Office 2016 program. When you are presented with the activation prompt pictured below, enter your Hudson Valley email address and click "Next". The activation may take up to 90 seconds to complete. Once completed, you may proceed to use the program as normal.
