Gallery exhibitions are supported by the Fine Arts, Theatre Arts and Digital Media Department, with assistance from the Cultural Affairs program. All exhibitions are installed and assisted by students in Gallery Management classes. Students learn the theories and practices of gallery management, exhibition development and artist relations.

The mission of the Teaching Gallery is to stimulate the creation and understanding of contemporary art for the benefit of Hudson Valley Community College and the larger community.
