Summer and Fall Registration to Begin Earlier This Year for Returning and Transfer Students

Returning and transfer students at Hudson Valley Community College will be able to register for summer or fall classes starting Monday, Feb. 25.

Over the past several years, registration has begun in mid-March for current and new students, but administration officials decided to open registration several weeks earlier to accommodate those who wish to get a jump on scheduling courses for upcoming semesters.

New students will be able to start scheduling their summer or fall courses on Monday, March 11. New students who have completed or been waived from academic placement testing will need to meet with an academic advisor to select/schedule their courses for the first semester and attend a New Student Orientation session.

Transfer and current students enrolled in a degree or certificate programs, should contact the appropriate Academic Advisement Office.
