Liberal Arts and General Studies
The largest academic department on campus, the Liberal Arts and General Studies Department offers its own degree and certificate programs while also providing advisement for additional programs of study through its advisement center.

- Liberal Arts and Science: Humanities and Social Science A.A.
- Individual Studies A.A.
- Individual Studies A.S.
- Health Sciences Certificate
The tracks offered in the Liberal Arts and Science: Humanities and Social Science A.A. program help students transfer seamlessly from coursework at Hudson Valley to associated programs at SUNY four-year colleges and universities.
These tracks parallel the first two years of a bachelor's degree program and include the following:

- Honors Track
