Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form

The Hudson Valley Community College Alumni Association takes great pride in recognizing graduates whose commitment to service and achievement brings distinction to the college.

Nominees should exemplify qualities of community and professional leadership, and show outstanding accomplishments in the areas of professional achievement, volunteer services and/or participation in public service organizations. Past honorees have distinguished themselves as leaders in business, engineering, health care, science, education, skilled trades, government and the community. The Alumni Association hopes for nominations that represent alumni across all of the colleges’ programs.

Please complete the form below to nominate a prominent member of our college community for the 2024 Distinguished Alumni Award. Recipients will be honored at the Distinguished Alumni Breakfast to be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024.

Anyone can nominate a Hudson Valley alum for the Distinguished Alumni Award. The HVCC Foundation Alumni Committee will review all nominations and select the honorees.
