Advanced Studies

The Center for Advanced Studies provides access to baccalaureate level degree programs on the Hudson Valley Community College campus. Our goal is to build partnerships with four-year institutions and provide opportunities to students who wish to continue their education here in the Capital Region.

Students can complete their associate's degree and move right into bachelor's degree programs with junior status - all without ever leaving the Hudson Valley campus.

Academic partnerships are coordinated through the Center for Advanced Studies, which provides a central point of contact for both colleges and students.

The following baccalaureate-level degree programs are currently being offered at the Hudson Valley Community College campus:

State University of New York College at Plattsburgh: B.S. Criminal Justice

SUNY Cobleskill: B.S. Early Childhood Studies (Birth to Age 5)

SUNY Cobleskill: B.B.A. Business Administration

Cazenovia College: B.S. Human Services

Cazenovia College: B.S. Inclusive Early Childhood Education

Cazenovia College: B.S. Inclusive Elementary Education
