Extended Hours for Service: Jan. 7 - 25

From Jan. 7 through Jan. 25, 2019, many enrollment service and advisement offices are offering extended hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. In addition, and as previously noted on the Registration Calendar, there are extended hours on Saturday, Jan. 19 from 9 a.m. to noon.

NOTE: The college is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 21 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day).

The following offices will be open during the extended hours:

  • Health Services
  • Placement Testing and New Student Orientation
  • Public Safety (ID carding)
  • Registrar's Office
• Advisement Areas
  • Business Advisement Center
  • Cardiorespiratory and Emergency Medicine Department
  • Individual Studies Advisement Center
  • Liberal Arts Advisement Center
  • Mortuary Science Department
  • Technology Advisement Center
• Administrative Offices
  • Information Technology Services
  • Office of the President

Additionally, the following offices will be open special hours as we prepare for the Spring 2019 semester:

• Continuing Education
  Through Jan. 18, the Continuing Education office is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Beginning Jan. 22, the office is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
