What We Do

Service Desk Hours

Our service desk is located in the lower level of the Marvin Learning Commons, right around the corner from the stairs.

During the fall and spring semesters, in-person support is available:

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

During summer sessions, in-person support is available:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday - Sunday: Closed

Online evening tutoring is a free service available to all registered students through STAR-NY.
